Responsibilities:
•Greet patients in a warm, friendly manner
•Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
•Schedule appointments and follow up with patients
•Collect payments
•Prepare and maintain patient files
•Document patient information and treatment plans
•Assist with dental procedure codes
•Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Experience in a customer service role
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Knowledge of dental insurance plans and procedures
•Ability to use patient charting software
•Ability to multitask effectively with competing priorities
