Front Desk Dental Office Receptionist

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform data entry tasks, such as updating customer information and maintaining records
- File and organize documents, ensuring they are easily accessible
- Transcribe notes and correspondence accurately and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Operate phone systems, transferring calls to appropriate individuals or departments
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area

Skills:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience working as a dental office receptionist is a plus
- Proficient in data entry, file management
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft dental software
- Strong computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
