We are looking for a Dental Receptionist who has their RDA to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental surgery and pediatrics, and will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments and assist the dentist when needed. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and provide them with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries.
- Process payments and handle insurance claims.
- Explain treatment plan to parents.
- Provide pediatric patients with age-appropriate instructions on dental hygiene.
- Assist the Dentist when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
