School Based, Day Treatment Therapist

Seeking experienced provider to facilitate daily Day Treatment groups with a Mental Health Group Specialist in the school setting. Responsibilities include developing Trauma Informed curriculum and interventions catering to the therapeutic needs of the group, consulting and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders, and clinical documentation. Will be trained in Teaching Family Model (TFM) and Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) to support and aide in managing children with behavioral problems including but not limited to shouting, verbal, and physical aggression.

Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements:

Therapist positions requires a Master’s degree in Social Work/Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university plus a minimum of one year of clinical experience in working with children and families. Certification (LPC, LSW, MFT, PCC, LMFT or LISW) required.

Must possess minimum technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications.
