We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar.
- Collecting patient information, verifying insurance coverage, and updating patient records.
- Assisting with medical administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the Front Desk area.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong patient service skills with the ability to provide compassionate care to patients.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk receptionist or Dental Receptionist is a plus.
- Knowledge of Epic electronic health record system is a plus.
