Customer Service And Quoting Specialist

Opening with our product manufacutring client for a Customer Service and Quoting Specialist.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing quotes for product manufacturing, and ensuring order accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess prior Customer Service experience and have the ability to track production daily. Experience reading CAD drawings would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate quotes for product manufacturing based on customer specifications and requirements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing updates on orders, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
• Track production progress on a daily basis to ensure orders are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to coordinate order fulfillment and prioritize tasks as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and quotes 
• Ensure order accuracy by reviewing specifications, quantities, and delivery instructions before processing orders.
• Assist with reviewing CAD drawings for engineered products, providing feedback or clarification as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Customer Service or a related field 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to read CAD drawings is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional Service and exceeding customer expectations.
