Front Desk Coordinator

Vitality Unlimited Spa, located in beautiful Webster Groves, has been serving the Saint Louis Area for almost 30 years. Our philosophy is simple: Where your well-being is our first concern.

We are a holistic and health oriented day spa with a quiet, comfortable, and relaxing working environment. We utilize the most natural products and services and we are dedicated to ensuring the overall well-being and health of every client.

We are currently looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who can help us achieve this mission!

Responsibilities:

• Professionally resolve incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist all clients with selecting treatments and retail items by retaining knowledge of all of our natural services and products
• Provide the best customer service and hospitality to every client
• Ensure cleanliness, organization and working flow of the spa
• Sort, wash, dry and fold all spa linens

Qualifications:

• Experience with customer service, Front Desk and reception and resolving incoming phone calls
• Strong customer service and computer skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Spa experience highly preferred
