Responsible for checking guest in and out, customer relations, safety, communications and performing functions necessary to balance the current days's transactions. Answer phone, take reservations, Authorize and post payments to guest folios.
Must be able to work a calculator, type well, accuracy, attention to detail and pleasant telephone personality and attitude with guest.
