Duties include but are not limited to:

• Check patients in and out, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Charting encounters between doctors and patients
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Assisting the doctors with daily charges, notes, referrals, and orders with detail and accuracy

*Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills are essential. Applicants must also be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
