This is an ideal entry level position for anyone looking to get into the health and fitness field, or an ideal part-time job where you can earn not just an hourly rate, but also commissions. The Front Desk Attendants are dedicated to making the fitness experience at our clubs an exceptional one. They create a clean, fun, and friendly environment by greeting and registering all guests and members. They provide great customer service while generating revenue, and keeping a clean and well-maintained club. The opportunity is there to be promoted to higher positions, such as Operations Manager in Training and Membership Sales Counselor.
Responsibilities
⦁ Provide and demonstrate an excellent member experience
⦁ Revenue generation by updating past due accounts
⦁ Resolve all membership issues
⦁ General Club Cleanliness/Racking Weights
Qualifications
⦁ Friendly
⦁ Reliable, dependable
⦁ Customer Service Driven
⦁ Comfortable talking on the phone
⦁ Being on your feet for 4-6hrs
Compensation
⦁ Hourly Pay: $10 + Commission
⦁ Total Pay: UNLIMITED potential, typically averaging $12-$14/hour
