RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome guests and ensure customer satisfaction through superior guest service
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Monitor security cameras
- Routinely patrol designated areas
- Answer general questions about the facility
- Check-in and out borrowed material
- Escalate any guest complaints
- Report any accidents or injuries to management staff immediately
- Other duties as assigned by Office Admin
REQUIREMENTS:
- No prior experience required
- Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use typical office equipment.
- Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
- Candidate must be self-motivated, highly organized, and detail orientated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
