The Courtyard by Marriott Owensboro is looking for a Service Driven Associate to staff our Front Desk position. Our goal at the Courtyard is to deliver the best in guest service and we want people who are committed to setting the standard for excellence in customer service. Candidates must be friendly and outgoing with a professional appearance. We are looking for someone who can work the following shifts:
- 2nd shift (3PM-11PM)
Privilege's and Goals:
- Greet our guests and make them feel like this is their home away from home. Accommodate their needs including special requests, room assignments, preregistration, etc.
- Take pride in ensuring that we are properly handling our guests personal information including their profiles and credit card and cash handling.
- Learn about the Courtyard by Marriott and use that knowledge to sell reservations by room type, location in hotel, and pricing.
- Have a Brand Hearted and Sales Minded personality. Present options and alternatives to guest questions and choices.
- Put your office knowledge to the test by learning how to use the fax, copy, wi-fi network, reservation software, and credit card processing equipment.
- Assist guests throughout the arrival and departure processes. Ensure that they return as a guest by providing the best in service throughout their stay.
- Be a problem solver! Be empowered to solve any problems that may come up along the guests stay.
- Help us put our best foot forward: During down times help to keep the lobby and Front Desk areas clean and neat.
