Front Desk Associate

Currently looking for shifts of 3PM-11PM and 11PM-7AM.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. In addition to performing Front Desk duties, the ideal candidate should be able to take on other varies duties around the hotel.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently.
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and cancellations.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.

Administrative Tasks:

• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
• Assist with clerical tasks and data entry.
• Multi-Tasking:
• Perform various duties beyond the Front Desk as needed.
• Assist with housekeeping coordination and room inspections.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality strongly recommended.
• Being able to learn the hotel software.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
