Please note, this position is specifically for Weekends from 8:30AM-7:30PM (hours may vary depending on the weekend). Additionally, if you are able to work only a portion of these hours you are still encouraged to apply, but please specify your availability.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Coordinate between Facility Director and weekend staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide excellent guest service with a friendly and positive attitude
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Knowledge of Front Desk operations and procedures
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility
