Front Desk Associate / Medical

We are hiring a Front Desk receptionist for a medical office that provides Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Occupational Medicine. We are a "direct-pay" clinic, meaning we do not process health insurance. Many of the patients we serve are uninsured or have high-deductibles. Our model keeps pricing transparent and more affordable than a traditional insurance based practice.

This is a forward-facing role that requires kindness, discretion, efficiency, and customer service. Our ideal candidate has experience in the medical field and/or customer service, is organized and detail oriented.

This position will require a candidate who speaks English and Spanish fluently.

This position starts out as part time with the opportunity to advance to full time in the future. Availability on Mondays required.

Experience as a Medical Assistant is a plus.

This job will mainly be in our Villa Rica clinic located at

414 Old Stone Road

Villa Rica, GA 30180

But also requires periodic coverage in our Carrollton clinic located at

714 Cedar Street

Carrollton, GA 30117

These offices are about a 20 minute drive from each other.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with sign-in
• Register new patients
• Check-out patients
• Post charges and collect payments
• Ensure lab orders and imaging orders are sent in a timely manner
• Answer phone calls and texts
• Schedule appointments
• Communicate between medical providers and patients precisely
• Must be comfortable working on a computer most of the day
• Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area for patients
• Spanish Translation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 18 per week
