Front Desk Associate In Denver - Part Time

• Pay: $21.00 per hour
• This job entails covering the Front Desk at our Denver location (765 S University Blvd, Denver, CO 80209)
• You will be expected to check clients in and out of their appointments. This includes taking payments and having them fill out paperwork if necessary.
• You will be expected to keep the studio clean at all times. This includes emptying trash and recycling as needed, sweeping, light mopping, cleaning bathrooms, etc.
• You will be expected to answer our business line while working and book appointments, move appointments, cancel appointments, deal with cancellations, late clients, and rescheduling, and charge clients if necessary depending on the circumstance. You will also deal with various questions and requests as they arise.
• There are other duties such as optimizing our scheduled appointments, various client outreach matters for mostly clerical reasons, tracking some inventory, and assisting the massage therapists as needed.

• Part-Time

Shifts Needed:

• Tuesday 3:30pm - 8pm
• Thursday 1:30pm - 7pm
• Sunday 10am - 6:30pm
• These will likely be changing in April

Requirements:

• Reliable, respectful, punctual, and professional.
• Must have excellent communication skills with clients and other employees.
• Must be comfortable working with a desktop computer.
• Experience with working a Front Desk type position preferred but not required.
• Experience working in the massage industry is preferred but not required.
