SalarySchedule:
Monday - Friday from about 3-9pm is ideal. Saturday's a plus.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome students & parents
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist appropriately
- Give information on classes and other products/services
- Enroll students in programs and assist with website help
- Coordinate projects and assist with event planning
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and data entry
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
