Duties
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring clients satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Client-Centric Experience: Our primary goal is to ensure that every individual who walks through our doors feels welcomed, valued, and cared for. The Front Desk receptionist plays a pivotal role in creating this warm and inviting atmosphere.
Holistic Wellness Advocacy: We aim to advocate and promote holistic wellness practices and services. The ideal candidate should have an interest in holistic health and wellness to align with our spa's ethos.
Efficient Operations: Alongside providing outstanding customer service, the receptionist will assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. This includes managing appointments, handling inquiries, and assisting clients with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
Team Collaboration: We foster a collaborative environment where every team member contributes to creating a seamless spa experience. The Front Desk receptionist will work closely with our team to ensure a cohesive and harmonious working environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
