SalaryOur receptionist is the first person a patient encounters when they call or come into our office. We are seeking an individual that is warm, friendly, positive, confident and willing to go that extra mile to ensure our patients that they are receiving the best possible care and attention.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phones/address patients needs with a professional etiquette
- Enthusiastically greet and service patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Check-In/Out
- Enter Orders/Payments into Practice Management Software
- Document Patient Encounters
- Obtaining & Verifying insurance benefits for patients prior to appointment
- Provide general administrative support
- Experience in Eyecare preferred but medical field accepted.
- Full Time M-F
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
