**Front Desk Receptionist**
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding office hours, services, and procedures
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating patient records and insurance information
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate projects and events as assigned
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized office area
- Working on social media and posting for the company (photos, videos, responding to reviews)
**Experience:**
- Previous experience working in an office setting answering phone calls
- Must be comfortable answering phones and patient with customers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry
- Attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Previous experience as a clerk or in a customer service role is beneficial
- No hand holding, we need someone who is able to take over tasks
