SalaryThis is a PART-TIME Front Desk/ night audit role that consists to 2-3 days a week.
DUTIES - Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services - Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and check-out procedures - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member - Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and balancing accounts - Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises during the night shift
EXPERIENCE - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting - Familiarity with Front Desk operations and hotel management systems - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus As a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests during their stay. You will handle guest inquiries, process payments, and perform night audit duties to ensure accurate financial records.
