```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Assist with guest inquiries, providing information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns, escalating to management when necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer systems and software, including QuickBooks and order entry systems
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Exceptional customer support skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents
