Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include greeting guests, checking them in and out, and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Type, transcribe, and distribute documents as required
- Maintain a neat and organized Front Desk area
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer support to enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and computerized reservation systems
- Strong computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve guest issues or complaints
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
