```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information about the organization and its services to guests
- Perform data entry tasks, such as updating guest information and reservations
- Transcribe messages and relay them to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with order entry and inventory management, if applicable
- Type and prepare documents, including correspondence and reports
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
