Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. Your role will involve assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures

- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions

- Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer

- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment

- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus

- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
