Job Description
The Front Desk Agent is the ambassador of the hotel, and often will be the first impression for guests arriving, as well as the last impression for guests departing. A successful candidate must be able to multitask, and create memorable moments for our guests in each and every interaction This role involves a high amount of guest/customer contact, in person and over the phone.
Pay is hourly based on experience, and is limited to 30-32 hours a week, based on the demands on the hotel's occupancy.
We need someone with open availability.
Weekends and Holidays are required.
Other Job Duties are as followed:
- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests
- Handles confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity
- Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and complaints
- Answers and routes calls as appropriate; takes guest messages with accuracy
- Responsible for cash drawer contents and transactions during shift

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
