Front Desk Agent

Guest Service/Front Desk Agent:

• Atlantic Beach Hospitality is looking for an experienced Front Desk Agent, who is able to handle check-ins, check-outs, running the audit, along with any other guest-related tasks.
• We are looking for a customer-service oriented agent who is able to resolve guest complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Requirements:
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Effective communication skills.
• Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
• High school education or equivalent.
• 2 years of Front Desk experience is strongly recommended
