We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to serve as our hotel’s guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.
Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. The Front Desk Agent will assist guests with inquiries, problems, and complaints. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for receiving guests’ payments and for balancing the cash at end of the shift. You will be familiar with the hotel layout, be up to date with different tariffs and special offers and be proficient with operating the system. You will ensure keys are handed back on guests' departure, coffee bar is stocked, and cookies are out, etc.
To ensure success you will be professional and pleasant in challenging situations and take responsibility for the satisfaction of guests from arrival to departure. Preferred candidates will be positive, proactive, and be skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
Front Desk Agent Requirements:
- 1+ years of Front Desk Agent experience preferred.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player.
- Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs.
- Available to work shifts, over weekends and on public holidays: FULL TIME
- SHIFTS AVAILABLE (hours must be flexible): 2nd/B shift: 3pm-11pm AND/OR overnight/audit: 11pm-7am; day shifts not available and is guaranteed based on seniority.
