Microsoft’s Cloud business is experiencing explosive growth, and the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth. CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain planning and execution, capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of datacenter assets worldwide.
Network Hardware plans for global hardware for all network layers to enable customers connecting to Microsoft infrastructure. Planning includes network architecture & product transitions, and capital expenditure planning for supporting the business growth. The team collaborates closely with multiple functions is Azure Supply chain including Finance, Azure Networking Engineering Groups, and Cloud Operations + Innovation (C&OI) to meet the objectives. The Network Hardware team is seeking a Senior Manager Supply Planning to join their team. This individual contributor role is a critical function that will be the single point of contact for Supply Planning functions for all segments in Networking and will interface Capacity planning, Sourcing, and Finance teams. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 7+ years Supply Planning, operations, supply chain, indirect Supply Planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience
- OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 3+ years Supply Planning, operations, supply chain, indirect Supply Planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience
- 7+ years experience in inventory management in Cloud Datacenter / Networking or semiconductor related industry

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
