SalaryImmediate opening for a full-time Front Desk Clerk/ Receptionist to work at our Ocean Front Resort. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers, in English. Must be a self-starter, organized, able to assist client needs, and provide overall guest satisfaction. Directly responsible for efficient check-in and check-out procedures as well as providing the highest level of professional and courteous service to guests. Must be knowledgeable in all resort services and policies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
· Must have prior experience with Front Desk procedures.
· At least (2) two years of Front Desk/reservation service experience.
· Must speak fluent English. Other languages welcomed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
· Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
· Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
· Respond appropriately to guest complaints and needs.
· Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with co-workers and perform other duties as assigned.
This job requires the ability to perform the following:
· Frequently standing up behind the desk and front office areas.
· Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
· Handling objects, products, and computer equipment. Use a keyboard to operate various property management and reservations systems, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
