Front Desk Agent

Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Assist with reservations and manage room assignments - Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions - Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls professionally - Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure clean and tidy guest rooms - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations - Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction Skills: - Excellent guest services skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction - Proven experience in providing exceptional Front Desk or customer service support - Familiarity with hotel operations and Front Desk procedures - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus - Knowledge of hotel management software systems is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Professional appearance and demeanor If you are looking for an exciting opportunity in the hospitality industry, we invite you to apply for the position of Front Desk Agent. Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
