Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area

Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information

If you have previous experience in hospitality or hotel management, it would be an advantage. However, we are also open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the industry.
