Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area - Operate phone systems, including answering and transferring calls - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction Qualifications: - Previous experience in hospitality management or guest services is preferred - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation - Proficient in using Front Desk software and computer systems - Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail We offer competitive pay and benefits packages, including medical insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement.
