The Oceanfront Inn is currently looking for enthusiastic and professional Front Desk Agents to join our Front Desk Team. The Oceanfront Inn is an Independent Hotel that believes in providing consistent and outstanding service to all our new and returning Hotel guests.
Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we look forward to hearing from you!
Responsibilities:
· MUST be available to work 7am-3pm Shifts (Also 11am- 7pm & 12pm- 8pm Mid shifts are available)
· Greet every Guest entering the hotel
· Perform all Check Ins and Check Outs at the Front Desk
· Answer all phone calls coming to the Front Desk
· Perform Walk In Reservations
· Verify Credit Card and ID at Check In
· Provide information about hotel rates and amenities
· Provide information about local events, restaurants, and fun things to do in the area
· Clear communication between the Front Desk and other Hotel Departments
· Count Drawer at the beginning and end of every shift
· Maintain a neat and orderly Front Desk
· Complete all Front Desk Logs from beginning to end of each shift
· Adhere to all Hotel policies and guidelines
· Follow up in a timely manner with all Guest concerns and requests
· Provide excellent and professional customer service to all Hotel Guests
· Provide support to overall operations as required or directed by Management
Qualifications:
1 Year Customer Service or Job in Hospitality
1 Year at Front Desk Preferred but Not Required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
