Job Description - Front Desk Administration

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Check-In/Check-out patients
• Update patient file upon check-in
• Collect outstanding balances
• Collect patients estimated portion(when necessary)
• Check office email
• Confirm reservations for the following day
• Print information for the next day's reservations
• Maintain a Five Star certification on our phone system
• Verify/File insurance when necessary
• Answer the phones according to our Five Star training program
• Make reservations for new and existing patients
• Be knowledgeable in procedures, codes, and all terminology related to dentistry
• Call lab(s) for pick up and case management
• Email requested X-rays
• Discuss treatment plans with patients when asked
• Run reports daily, weekly, and monthly as needed
• Prepare the deposit at the end of the day
• Any other tasks necessary to provide excellent service to our patients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
