Job Overview:
The Front Desk Administrative position handles all aspects of a busy & high-demand Front Desk taking reservations for conference rooms, processing client/guest check-ins, general administrative assistance to the Regional Operations Manager, clients, and other responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities & Skills for the position:
- Self-starter and independent worker with the ability to work on projects, find the information needed, effectively resolve issues and document results.
- Must be able to perform job functions with limited supervision and work effectively either on their own or as part of a team.
- Multi-tasking: Ability to work on a wide variety of projects and assignments and follow up on all activities and details, while staying calm under pressure handling situations with ease and confidence.
- Accuracy: Requires attention to detail and accuracy of all information maintained.
- Customer Service: Demonstrates a commitment to customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve issues, and win customer loyalty.
- Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels and demonstrate the highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public.
- Communication: Exceptional written & verbal communication skills with clients, management, and others that we interface with. Communicates information in a clear, courteous, and professional manner.
- Flexibility and teamwork.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Strong technical skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft programs and other electronic communication media, with knowledge of social media and email marketing platforms (i.e. Canva & Mailchimp).
- Computer literate and typing skills of at least 30+ words per minute.
Requirements for the position:
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- High School Graduate (or GED).
- Reliable transportation.
- Over the age of 18
- Speak fluent English (Bilingual a plus!)
- Legal to work in the US
- Completion of a background check
