What you'll do:

• Extend a warm welcome to members and visitors, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere at the gym entrance.
• Offer personalized assistance to members, answering their questions about gym equipment usage and sharing insights about the facility.
• Ensure a seamless experience by managing access to the gym, allowing only authorized individuals to enjoy our fitness space.
• Help guests and members find the perfect program that suits their unique needs and preferences, offering guidance and recommendations.
• Proactively address and resolve any member concerns related to access, billing, or other matters, demonstrating our commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Actively promote membership upgrades and additional services to enhance the member experience and contribute to business growth.
• Bring in new customers and business connections by being proactive in reaching out and building relationships through marketing efforts, referrals, and community engagement.

What we’re looking for:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Passion to serve others
• 2 years of customer service
• Basic knowledge of gym equipment and facilities
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
