Front Desk

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all visitors. Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services
- Assist with reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy of details
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and transcribing documents
- Assist with office management duties as needed

Skills:
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate computerized reservation systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
