As a Freight Forwarder, you will execute full sales lifecycle process from pre-work gathering all necessary documentation, detailed discovery conversations, and informative meetings and informative meetings in order to identify the needs of prospective clients and perform as a trusted advisor for their forwarding needs.
This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills to manage relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Seek out new clients and establish a book of business through prospecting and networking (cold calling, electronic media, seminars, trade shows, in-person presentations, etc.).
- Present Complete Solutions of Estefeta USA Service Offers. Import/ Export
- Meet Monthly revenue quotas (based off of salary)
- Collaborate with Price Analyst team to create a mark presence
- Travel for client meetings and presentations
- Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments
- Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- All other duties assigned

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
