Bethany of the Northwest has our own Certified Nursing Assistant training program. We are looking for 10 students for our next class starting* April 16th, 2024*.* You can start immediately as a hospitality aid prior to the start of class! Class schedule is part-time to enable you to start working while you train.*
Bethany of the Northwest is a non-profit icon of the Everett healthcare industry for nearly 120 years. We have 3 Skilled Nursing Facilities, Pacific, ETCS, Silver Lake, and one Assisted Living in Silver Crest located in Everett, WA.

All of our facilities maintain a very consistent census which means we rarely have to adjust staffing due to low census meaning you can count on a consistent paycheck. We have both short term and long-term care units at the facility so you can work in your preferred environment.
Apply directly to be considered to join our training program and work as an NA-R after the 5 weeks. After successful completion of the training program and all the requirements of onboarding with the company you will be eligible to register to take the WA State Certified Nursing Assistant written and skills test. Upon passing, as a Bethany employee, you will receive a* $500 BONUS. In addition, after 90 days of working as a Full-time CNA, you will receive a $1000 retention BONUS!*
The actual Nursing Assistant Training Program will include: Theory and Lab Skills 60 hours, Clinical Time 40 hours.
(Note: you will not be allowed to perform any clinical skill on patients or residents until first demonstrating the skill satisfactorily to the instructor in the practice setting).

We are currently hiring for all Nursing Assistant shifts; days 6am -2pm, evening/swing 2pm-10pm and nights 10pm-6am (with shift differential). We have a full-time 21 day rotation, part-time with one Friday-Sunday weekend required a month, and on-call.

Training Program Qualifications:

• No previous healthcare experience necessary!
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• You must be over 18
• COVID-19 Vaccine required
• Fluent in speaking, writing, reading English
• Must desire to work at Bethany of the Northwest during and after the program to qualify

Medical Specialty:

• Geriatrics

Schedule:

• Class hours 8:30AM - 1:30PM, 3 days a week, No class Thanksgiving or the Friday after Thanksgiving
• 5 week program
• 5th week is 40 hour week for clinicals, 6am-2pm

Upon acceptance to the program you can work as a Hospitality Aid and continue with NA-R and NA-C with the following pay scale:

• Hospitality Aid Pay $17/hour
• NAR Pay $18/hour
• CNA Pay starts at $20/hour
• $500 BONUS to employee once state written and skills tests passed
• $1000 BONUS to CNA's after 90 days of Fulll-time employment
• (when you are still working for Bethany)

All new students and hires must have proof of COVID 19 vaccination.
