Description:
Each day, employee will log in at the beginning of their scheduled time to work and begin taking inbound calls from our members. These calls have been specifically routed to our Fraud Contact Center for a number of reasons. Employee will follow outlined procedures and authenticate person calling in. While the member (and often times it is the Fraudster) is on the line- the employee will review the account, the reason for the triggered alert, use additional detection resources/tools and often will need to formulate additional questions based on their findings to better understand the activity on the account. The goal is to determine if Fraud has taken place and if so, what type of Fraud- then provide the necessary business expectations to our member.
· Fraud Prevention/Detection experience in a financial services environment
· Prior Bank Contact Center experience to include ability to work in a very structured and regulated environment.
· Strong attention to detail and high concern for data privacy, compliance and accuracy
· Fraud Case Management Tools; Microsoft Office
· Take inbound calls from our members while muti tasking using multiple systems and following outlined procedures.
· High expectations for quality compliance and accuracy.
· Ability to have tough conversations when providing expectations to members.
· Ideal Candidate would have previous Bank Call Center and Fraud Detection Experience.
· The ability to use multiple systems and ask at times difficult questions all while a member is on the phone would make a very successful candidate.
· Understanding the importance of following outlined procedures and regulations is essential.
