Job Description
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years of related work experience
- Ability to interpret technical and administrative instructions to answer recurring questions and use as a guide in solving similar problems or situation
- Experience with loss mitigation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Technical or trade school certificate in business or computer science preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.63 - $27.50 - $30.25 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
