Fraud Investigator

TruView Background Screening and Investigations, a New York based Investigations Company, is seeking qualified individuals to investigate Medicaid Fraud in New York City and the Downstate New York Counties. The individual will be expected to do both in-office and field investigations. Individuals MUST meet the following criteria for consideration:

***Must meet minimum age requirement of 25 years old***

· Must have a minimum of five (5) year investigative experience, plus meet one, or more, of the following:

· Five (5) years of law enforcement experience

· Five (5) years of undercover experience

· Five (5) years of conducting face-to-face interviews

· Three (3) years of surveillance experience

· Fluency in at least one foreign language

· Five (5) years of additional investigative experience

Qualifying experience may include conducting interviews of witnesses; conducting interrogation; taking written statements and affidavits; collecting and analyzing physical and documentary evidence; preparing detailed written reports of investigative findings; and testifying in court or at a formal hearing.

Individuals must present specific evidence demonstrating they meet the above qualifications. Individuals will be expected to conduct interviews, take written statements, collect & analyze physical and documentary evidence, prepare detailed written reports, and testify in court or at formal hearings.
