Senior Fraud Investigator

Asset Manager, Real Estate | New York

Job Description:

· Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day management and performance of a prominent outdoor retail mall, including office space.

· Financial Analysis: Analyze the property financials, budgets, and forecasts to identify opportunities for increased revenue and cost savings.

· Lease Administration: Manage lease agreements, lease negotiations, and ensure compliance with lease terms and regulations.

· Property Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to maintain the quality and value of the properties.

· Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, address concerns, and facilitate conflict resolution.

· Reporting: Prepare regular reports on site performance for senior management. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to the site.

· Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competition to make informed investment decisions.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

· 15 years of experience in real estate asset management or a related field

· Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency with real estate management software.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
