With a passion for sparking curiosity and fostering a love for science and the arts, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Franchise Development Manager to join our team and drive the expansion of both our Mad Science franchise network and our Crayola Imagine Arts Academy franchise network.
Job Overview:
As the Franchise Development Manager for 2inspire, you will be a key player in driving the growth of our franchise networks. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new franchisee partners who align with our brand values and vision. Your role will involve managing the entire franchise sales development process from lead generation to onboarding.
Responsibilities:
Franchise Network Expansion:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential Franchise Development opportunities.
- Proactively generate leads and engage with potential franchisees, showcasing the unique benefits of Mad Science programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed Franchise Development targets specific to each brand.
- Stay informed about industry trends related to science education and children's entertainment.
Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture relationships with franchise broker networks, supporting them and their prospective franchisees through the franchise discovery process
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective franchise partners, guiding them through the Mad Science franchise discovery process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and training for new franchisees.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Franchise Development Manager, preferably in the education or children's entertainment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding Franchise Development targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and potential franchisees.
- Willingness to attend industry events (ie: franchise shows, broker conferences...etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- CFE (Certified Franchise Executive) certification
- Certification in Franchise Management is a plus.
