FP&A Senior Analyst

The Sr. FP&A Analyst will provide ongoing financial/business reporting and analysis of company performance through preparation and management of financial plans/budgets, forecasts, and reports. The Sr. Analyst will analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators; focusing on the P&L and cash flow, to aid strategic decision making and build operational efficiency.
Essential Job Functions:
- Support the preparation of annual departmental budgets
- Proactively support planning, forecasting, and reporting to provide real-time visibility on variances and identifying key risk and opportunities
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses, including comprehensive variance analysis reports of full P&L activity
- Assist in preparation of month-end and quarter-end close activities including variance commentary and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate projects cross-functionally
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decision making
- Strong business acumen and ability to share business knowledge with non-finance individuals
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with high aptitude for problem solving and financial modeling
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field
- 3+ years of Finance or FP&A experience
- Solid understanding of budget and GAAP concepts
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Oracle/NetSuite and other FP&A planning systems strongly preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivation in achieving goals and completing routine tasks
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as with others across al levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA or MBA
- Experience supporting SaaS software solution
- Experience with US GAAP, SEC Reporting
- Familiarity with NetSuite
