The Sr. FP&A Analyst will provide ongoing financial/business reporting and analysis of company performance through preparation and management of financial plans/budgets, forecasts, and reports. The Sr. Analyst will analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators; focusing on the P&L and cash flow, to aid strategic decision making and build operational efficiency.

Essential Job Functions:

• Support the preparation of annual departmental budgets
• Proactively support planning, forecasting, and reporting to provide real-time visibility on variances and identifying key risk and opportunities
• Prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses, including comprehensive variance analysis reports of full P&L activity
• Assist in preparation of month-end and quarter-end close activities including variance commentary and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate projects cross-functionally
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decision making
• Strong business acumen and ability to share business knowledge with non-finance individuals

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with high aptitude for problem solving and financial modeling
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field
• 3+ years of Finance or FP&A experience
• Solid understanding of budget and GAAP concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with Oracle/NetSuite and other FP&A planning systems strongly preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivation in achieving goals and completing routine tasks
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as with others across al levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA or MBA
• Experience supporting SaaS software solution
• Experience with US GAAP, SEC Reporting
• Familiarity with NetSuite
