The Fountain Worker will be responsible for setting the stage for the guest experience with a welcoming smile and exceptional service. The role will provide the highest quality of Food and Beverage service in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:
- Process customer orders and payments utilizing company POS system.
- Stock products as needed.
- Package order as per guest's preference with essential condiments.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized and organized work area.
- Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
- Ability to work varying shifts including but not limited to Morning, Swing and Graveyard shifts.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Polished appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
- Previous experience working in a similar position within a hospitality establishment.
- Previous experience as a Barista in a coffee shop setting.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- At least six months of high-volume counter or fast food experience in a similar or related field.
- Starbucks Certification preferred but will provide certified training upon hire.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Position required licenses.
