PRIMARY PURPOSE:
As a Fountain Worker, you will be responsible for setting the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Exhibit proper knowledge, selling techniques and service delivery of all items on the menu
- Take and input orders into point-of-sale (InfoGenesis), receive payment and make proper change, complete required transactions, and categorize tendered receipts by media type
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items to guest as necessary.
- Label products for expiration date and follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain the cleanliness and the appearance of the front, dining, back and all storage areas
- Unload warehouse order and stock the order in designated storage
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- One (1) year guest service experience
- One (1) year food handling in high-volume restaurant/cafe setting
- Understanding of specialty latte and latte art preferred
- Experience with cash handling
- Familiarity with InfoGenesis Point-of-Sale system or similar POS system preferred
