Job Description:
- Collegial practice with solid APP support
- Quick ramp-up, robust referral base/panel distribution
- BC/BE Required
- W2, employed position with Foundation Medical Partners
- Not-for-Profit, 501(c) Organization
- 36 Patient Hours/4 admin hours per week
- 14-16ppd, very limited call, two weekends/year
- EMR: EPIC
- Clinical Affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital
- Convenient Southern NH/MA Border Location, minutes to the mountains or ocean
