Our Program
Elderly and Disabled Services residential homes offer a wide variety of therapeutic treatment administered by a highly trained and compassionate team. Our goal is to provide both treatment and support for those needing rehabiliation from mental illness and addiction. We strive to create an environment where heaing and restoration can occur for all individuals.
Our Resident Managers live and work in a home with four to five adults who experience mental health challenges. This is a great opportunity to support people in recovery from mental illness, share your creativity and have fun while making an impact on the lives of residents. The best applicants will have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and will contribute to our mission to promote the whole health and well-being of the individuals and communitities we serve. Please note this is an on site live in position.

Your Role

Responsibilities:
- Create meaningful connections and share joyous moments with residents, while maintaining a nurturing home environment.
- Craft and execute nutritious meal plans, elevating daily living experiences for our residents.
- Collaborate in scheduling appointments and providing crucial behavioral support.
- Work hand-in-hand with a dedicated team of case managers, therapists, and prescribers to ensure comprehensive care.
- No lifting or personal care assistance required.

- Qualified applicants must also have a valid Oregon driver's license,
- Ability to pass a DHS ciminal backgroud check
- Must be able to pass a county providers test
Salary: From $2600.00 a month (sign on bonus $800 after 3 months)
